My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. While the hotel has a charming past, it feels very much in need of serious renovations. The room I stayed in was clean, but it was also quite outdated and uncomfortable. I faced several service issues, particularly at the front desk, which diminished my overall experience. On the plus side, the food was pleasantly surprising when it was available, and the pool area was a nice feature. However, the lack of basic amenities like reliable Wi-Fi detracted from the stay.
